• Fibre cement is a composite material made of cement reinforced with cellulose fibres. • It is used mainly in roofing and facade products because of its strength and durability.
• Fibre cement is impact, fire, insect resistant and weather resistant. It is eco friendly and VOC free.
Fibre Cement is a composite matrix of non-asbestos cellulose fibres, ordinary portland cement, fine silica, quartz, fly ash, and mineral additives. It is manufactured mainly using the Hatschek process and High Pressure Steam Curing (HPSC) technology.
Its main advantages are fire, water, weather and termite resistance. Being lightweight and easily workable it saves time of construction and is energy efficient, being cost effective.
Used for external and internal applications like panelling, cladding, false ceilings, partitions, mezzanine flooring. The surfaces of fibre boards can be customized using paint, PU coating or polish to attain the perfect finish.
